Swollen feet and or ankles can be painful and discomforting. Treat yourself to a relaxing and rejuvenating foot soak. Only four simple ingredients are needed!
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Add mixture to a warm foot bath.
Soak feet for up to 15 minutes.
