Description

Hemp & Soul Nourishing Body & Massage Oil (Unscented) is a wonderfully rich and nourishing oil with an abundance of vitamins and minerals.

HOW TO USE

In a bath - Add a few drops of body oil to the bath to let the moisturising process begin as you soak. 

In the shower - Replace soap with a soft damp washcloth soaked with a bit of body oil. Using only a light touch will trap dirt and dead skin cells, allowing them to be rinsed without disrupting the natural oil barrier.

Post shower - Apply the oil to your while it's still damp; a little goes a long way and works wonders to replenish dry skin.

In a massage - Rub the oil between your hands to warm it before putting it on the other persons' skin. Use slow, relaxing strokes.
