Aromatherapy Uses:

Skincare - Cleanse and decongest the skin, treat blackheads, pimples, dark circles and blemishes. Research also shows that the oil is beneficial to treat rashes, itching and bites of insects.

Mind - promotes clarity and enhance memory and feelings of alertness while stimulating the brain. Elevates mental exhaustion, impatience, indecision, irritability, poor memory, shock, and improves mental clarity/lack of concentration.

Body - Its clearing, antiseptic and anti-infectious action is particularly suited to the relief of headaches, migraine, hay fever, sinus and catarrhal congestion, as well as fever, general coughs and colds and digestive issues.

The stimulating aroma of peppermint essential oil when inhaled relieves the symptoms of travel sickness, jet lag and general fatigue.

Home - Use as an insect repellent and mice deterrent. 

Blends well with basil, cedarwood, cypress, eucalyptus, geranium, juniper, lavender, sweet marjoram, pine, rosemary and all citrus oils.


For external use only. 

Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin and keep away from mucous membranes. Never use essential oils undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children.

Before using topically, perform a small patch test on your inner forearm by applying a small quantity of diluted essential oil. Wash the area if you experience any irritation. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
