Both products are fantastic for eczema; the main differences between the two products are in the consistency, the depth of skin penetration and the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids.

The  PURE TALLOW & EMU OIL DAY & NIGHT CREAM has a thicker consistency; it was designed to stay on the skin for a more extended period as an active protective layer; that's why it's perfect to put on before you go to bed so that you wake up with your skin feeling fresh and moisturised.

The PURE TALLOW & OSTRICH OIL MOISTURISER has a lighter consistency; it gets absorbed deeper into the skin because Ostrich oil, which consists of over 70% oleic acid and palmitic acid, has an even higher skin-permeability than Emu oil. Moreover, it has approximately ten times the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids compared to Emu oil, which makes it more potent.

HOW TO USE:

Rub a small amount of moisturiser between your fingertips, pat onto damp skin and gently massage in.
PURE Tallow & Ostrich Oil Moisturiser is made of fat & oil and contains no water or preservatives. Please ensure your fingers are clean and dry before applying to prevent water or impurities from getting into the product.
The moisturiser is highly concentrated, with no filler ingredients. Only a tiny amount is needed. If your skin feels greasy after application, use less of the moisturiser. 
Consistency will change with temperature. The moisturiser will become thicker in cool temperatures and very soft in warmer climates.
For maximum nutrient density, use within 18 months of opening.

Ostrich oil contains omega fatty acids 6 and 9, particularly Omega 3, which strengthen and smooth the skin's surface, calm signs of external stress like sensitivity and redness, and contain anti-aging antioxidants. Ostrich oil has similar levels of Omegas 6 and 9 as emu oil but has approximately ten times the amount of Omega 3 fatty acid compared to emu oil. Omega-3 fats are renowned for their powerful health benefits, including improving skin barrier function by sealing in moisture and keeping out irritants, lowering inflammation, reducing acne, and protecting against dry, red, and itchy skin.  

TALLOW

Tallow contains the vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12, which are exceptionally nurturing for the skin and super rich in beneficial fatty acids. The fatty acids in pure grass-fed beef tallow are similar in molecular structure and composition to those found in the protective outer layer of human skin and naturally produced skin oils (Sebum).

Tallow contains:

Stearic Acid and Oleic Acid (Omega 9)

These fatty acids are found in the skin's protective outer layer and Sebum and have moisturising, softening, regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, Stearic Acid improves skin's suppleness and flexibility, aiding with damage repair and barrier function. Oleic Acid (Omega 9) also helps the other active components penetrate deeply into the skin.

CLA (Conjugated Linolenic Acid)

Has both anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Palmitic Acid

It aids with smoothing skin appearance and helps improve barrier protection. However, its production in the skin also declines with age.

An optimal balance of essential fatty acids, Alpha-Linolenic (Omega 3) and Linoleic Acids (Omega 6), in a ratio of almost 1:1.

These essential fatty acids have a role in maintaining the skin's structural integrity and barrier function; they also influence inflammatory and immune responses in the skin.
