Shipping within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using NZ Post Courier.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of full payment being received. During public holidays or special periods, dispatch times may vary - any changes will be noted on our website.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Discount Vouchers
Customers are responsible for applying their discount code at checkout. If a code is not entered at the time of purchase, we are unable to apply or reimburse the discount after the order has been processed.
Returns
We stand behind what we make.
If something isn’t right, please email us at itsallgnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.
If we can’t resolve your concern and you’d like to return the product, you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of receipt.
We offer store credit or a replacement for unopened, unused items.
A few practical notes:

We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us.

We’re unable to take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly arrange your agreed replacement or store credit.
