Shipping & Returns Policy

New Zealand shipping:
We ship throughout New Zealand and utilise NZ Post Courier services. Once full payment is received, all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless on special occasions, such as a public holiday; in these instances, refer to the information on the website. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched and providing the tracking number.
 

Discount vouchers:
The user is responsible for applying a discount coupon code at checkout. Failure to do so is not It's All Good's responsibility; therefore, it will not be reimbursed.
 

Returns policy:
If you're unhappy with your It's All Good products, please email us at itsallgnz@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues. If we can't fix your problem and you wish to return a purchased item, you are free to do so. Please return your products to us within seven days of receiving them for a replacement or store credit. We're happy to offer store credit on unopened and unused products. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns. You will also assume any risk of lost or damaged items during transit back to us, so we advise you to return the products via tracked postal services. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit upon their return to us. Per our prior agreement, we'll send you a replacement or arrange a store credit once we receive the items.
 

International shipping:

We ship internationally using non-tracked, non-signature services by default. For an additional cost, you can choose tracked courier shipping.
 

Customs and clearance charges for international orders:
Please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. We, It's All Good NZ LTD, have no control over these fees and cannot predict which shipments will incur them. Therefore, we will not be held liable for any duties or taxes assessed. Customs and import regulations vary significantly between countries. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you order are permitted in your delivery country. We do not accept responsibility for refunding or replacing any goods or for any costs associated with, or resulting from, your country's customs office or other government agency confiscating your items. Furthermore, any import duties or taxes incurred on your order are beyond our control and not our responsibility. We also do not accept liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
