Both products are fantastic for eczema; the main differences between the two products are in the consistency, the depth of skin penetration and the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids.

The PURE TALLOW & EMU OIL DAY & NIGHT CREAM has a thicker consistency; it was designed to stay on the skin for a more extended period as an active protective layer; that's why it's perfect to put on before you go to bed, so that you wake up with your skin feeling fresh and moisturised.

The PURE TALLOW & OSTRICH OIL MOISTURISER has a lighter consistency; it gets absorbed deeper into the skin because Ostrich oil, which consists of over 70% oleic acid and palmitic acid, has an even higher skin-permeability than Emu oil. Moreover, it has approximately ten times the amount of Omega 3 fatty acids compared to Emu oil, which makes it more potent.

PURE Tallow & Emu Oil Cream is made of fats & oils and contains no water or preservatives. Keep it water-free by ensuring your fingers are clean and dry when applying cream and replacing the lid tightly after use.
Consistency will change with temperature. The cream will become thicker in cool climates and very soft in warmer climates.

Grass-fed Tallow and Emu oil are Intensely nourishing whole ingredients that work synergistically. When combined, they become a smooth and easily absorbed cream.
The cream improves the skin's protective barrier function, prevents moisture loss and regenerates the appearance of healthy, youthful-looking skin without clogging your pores.
The fatty acids in Tallow and emu oil are almost identical in molecular structure and composition to those found in the protective outer layer of human skin and naturally produced skin oils (sebum).
Both Tallow and Emu oil are nutrient-rich. They both contain the same kinds of fatty acids that are naturally found in healthy skin.

TALLOW

Tallow contains the vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12, which are exceptionally nurturing for the skin and super rich in beneficial fatty acids. The fatty acids in pure grass-fed Tallow are similar in molecular structure and composition to those found in the protective outer layer of human skin and naturally produced skin oils (sebum).
It contains:

Stearic acid and oleic acid (Omega 9)
These fatty acids are found in the protective outer layer of the skin and sebum and have moisturising, softening, regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, stearic acid improves skin's suppleness and flexibility, aiding with damage repair and barrier function. Oleic acid (Omega 9) also helps the other active components penetrate deeply into the skin.

CLA (conjugated linolenic acid)
CLA has both anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Palmitic acid
Palmitic acid aids with smoothing skin appearance and helps improve barrier protection. However, its production in the skin also declines with age.

An optimal balance of essential fatty acids, alpha-linolenic (omega 3) and linoleic acids (omega 6), in a ratio of almost 1:1.
These essential fatty acids have a role in maintaining the skin's structural integrity and barrier function; they also influence inflammatory and immune responses in the skin.

Emu oil is rich in oleic acid (omega 9), linoleic acid (omega 6) linolenic acid (omega 3), Palmitic acid as well as vitamins A, E, D & K2. 
All of them contribute to your skin health and appearance.

Australian Indigenous people have used emu oil for thousands of years. They discovered that when applied to the skin, emu oil's anti-inflammatory properties made it a soothing moisturiser and helped to relieve muscle and joint pain.
