Sustainable Bath Sponge

Sustainable Sponges are ecologically farmed sponges. They are grown on organic farms in Pohnpei, Micronesia, by local farmers. Farming of Sustainable Sponges does not deplete wild sponge populations or damage coral reefs. Instead, sponges are sustainably grown from small cuttings that are attached to floating lines and left to grow for around 2 years before harvesting. Sustainable Sponges are 100% natural, and no harsh chemicals are used in the farming or cleaning processes.
These sponges allows you to cleanse and exfoliate your body gently using only water. It can also be used along with liquid or bar soap.They are suitable to use at any age and for all skin types, as they are gentle, soft, and considered hypoallergenic.
These sponges are biodegradable renewable resources and are not manufactured from petroleum products. They are very durable and can be used repeatedly with proper care and can be disposed of in the compost. It’s important to note that the sponges are formed naturally, not by machines! As a result, their shapes and sizes are unique and irregular.

Before using the sponge deep clean it by soaking it in two cups of water with one tablespoon of baking soda for an hour, rinse it in fresh water until clean, squeeze out any excess water, and leave it to air dry. Repeat every several months. This will enhance the life of your sponge and keep it fresh.

Available size - approximately 10cm-13cm long when dry.
The sponges will expand when wet.
